The transaction, backed by a group of strategic investors, will enable bnbkit to accelerate growth and strengthen its position in Italy\u2019s short-term rental market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to advanced proprietary technology and an optimized logistics management model, bnbkit positions itself as the logistics partner for <\/span><b>hosts, property managers, and cleaning companies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who battle every day with the challenge of collecting, washing, and delivering sheets and towels to their properties\u2014now spread across major cities and key tourist hubs throughout Italy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The startup was founded by <\/span><b>Matteo Campodonico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a serial entrepreneur (<\/span><b>Wyscout<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> among his previous startups) and CEO of the investment holding <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sevendevelopment.it\/\"><b>Seven Development<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Maurizio Losi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an entrepreneur in software for industrial laundries. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLinen management (collecting dirty and delivering clean) is a real logistics challenge for those managing BnBs and vacation rentals. A lack of loading-access storage, cleaning staff often without a driver\u2019s license, pedestrian zones, flights of stairs, concierge desks with limited hours\u2026 there are countless obstacles that create serious inefficiencies. We believe we\u2019ve found a highly innovative solution, built on technology and logistics optimization.&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After an initial test in Liguria, we launched in Milan where, in 12 months, we reached 1,000 rooms under management. We started in Rome as well, and throughout 2025 we\u2019ll roll out deliveries in many other locations across Italy.
