ERDF Regional Program 2021-2027 – Priority 1 - SO 1.2 - ACTION 1.2.3 - "Support for the development of digitalization projects in micro, small and medium enterprises"
Thanks to the funding granted through participation in the Digitalization Tender, we were able to improve efficiency, service quality and customer experience, strengthening our market competitiveness.
The project addressed three different technological aspects:
1. Traceability
An RFID system used to identify and monitor every single piece of linen. Fixed stations were also installed at warehouses, and mobile ones on vehicles, for tag reading, ensuring tracking at every stage of the process: from laundry to customer, from pickup to warehouse.
2. IT Management
We developed an IT system to automatically manage the tracking of all items, both dirty and clean. The cloud platform leverages the tracking systems mentioned in the previous point and centralizes data, enabling more effective access and control.
3. Web-based App
The web-based app allows customers to conveniently book services online. It’s possible to view linen availability, make reservations and receive real-time notifications regarding meeting points with company vehicles.
