2025 was a busy year full of meetings for the entire bnbkit team. We traveled across Italy participating in the main fairs and events of the hospitality and vacation rental sector, bringing our vision and, above all, listening to your needs.
Five appointments, different cities, and hundreds of conversations that enriched us and motivated us to keep innovating.

SCALE Italia 2025: The First Event of the Year
The first stop on our journey was SCALE Italia 2025, an event dedicated to the short-term rental and property management sector. It was an opportunity to meet property managers, hosts, and other industry operators to present our solutions.
We had the chance to speak with various professionals, gathering valuable feedback on their daily requirements. As always, these moments of direct exchange are fundamental to understanding how to improve our tools and services.
Vacation Rental World Summit in Rome: bnbkit on the International Stage
After SCALE, we moved to the Capital for the Vacation Rental World Summit (VRWS), one of the most prestigious global events in the vacation rental sector. Rome provided the perfect backdrop for two days of international discussion, where key market players discussed trends, regulations, and business opportunities.
The VRWS was a unique opportunity to experience an international vibe and compare notes with businesses operating in markets different from ours. We discovered that the challenges of Italian property managers are similar to those of their Spanish, French, or Greek colleagues: optimizing operations, ensuring an impeccable guest experience, and navigating increasingly complex regulations.
During the event, we had enlightening conversations with industry professionals who confirmed how crucial it is to have an integrated platform that communicates with all sales channels and automates repetitive processes.
The message is clear: those who do not invest in technology risk falling behind in an increasingly competitive market.
Vivere di Turismo Festival: Meeting the Italian Host Community
Another important stop was the Vivere di Turismo Festival, an event celebrating the excellence of Italian hospitality in all its forms. Here, the atmosphere was different—more relaxed but no less professional—with a special focus on success stories and national tourism best practices.
The festival allowed us to connect with a diverse community: not just property managers and hosts, but also hoteliers, tour operators, and local institutions. The event highlighted how tourism is truly a complex ecosystem where technology, hospitality, and the local territory must be in constant dialogue.
The workshops and talks touched on crucial themes: from sustainable tourism to the revitalization of historic villages, and from the importance of continuous training to destination marketing strategies. It was important for us to participate in this broader conversation because our work isn’t just about software and automation, but about supporting an entire sector that is vital to the Italian economy.
Airbnb Community Rome and Lazio: An Evening of Networking
On December 16th, we partnered with the Christmas Meetup 2025, organized by the Airbnb Host Community of Rome at the Teatro delle Marionette Accettella.
The event brought together Airbnb hosts and property managers from Rome and Lazio for an evening dedicated to networking and sharing experiences. For us, it was an occasion to meet operators from the Lazio region and present our solutions for short-term rental management.
As an official sponsor, we had the chance to speak with various local hosts, gathering interesting insights into the specific challenges of the Roman market. Events like these allow us to maintain direct contact with those working in the field every day—a fundamental element for continuing to develop truly useful tools!
PACDO 2025: bnbkit Partners with OspitaMi and the Achille Castiglioni Foundation
The final stop of our 2025 tour was the award ceremony for the Achille Castiglioni Design & Hospitality Award (PACDO) on December 18th, held at the ADI Design Museum in Milan—an initiative promoted by OspitaMi.
PACDO celebrates excellence in design applied to the hospitality sector, recognizing innovative projects and solutions that combine aesthetics and functionality. It was an honor for us to be present at an event that centers on the value of good design in the hospitality experience.
Bnbkit participated as a sponsor, offering a prize for the “Homes Rich in Design Elements” category: 1 year of free basic service.. This is a concrete way to support those who invest in the quality of their hospitality and understand that every detail—from linens to finishes—makes a difference in the guest experience.
The evening at the ADI Design Museum was an opportunity to exchange views with various hospitality operators who share our vision: creating memorable experiences through attention to every detail, from technological innovation to product quality.
What We Take Home
Participating in these events confirmed some certainties and opened new perspectives.
We learned that:
